Blog Roundup: 23 April 2012 – 29 April 2012

Over at Law Librarian Blog, Mark Giagrande looked at Bloomberg Law’s terms for its discounted law school services.

Prompted by an LLSDC panel, Greg Lambert spent some time on 3 Geeks considering a process-oriented approach to legal research instruction versus a product-oriented approach (perhaps a revival of the old debate between Berring/Vanden Heuvel and the Wrens?).  The products in question were the dual interfaces of Westlaw, the dual interfaces of LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law.
