Florida Attorney General agreement
The Florida Attorney General’s office has announced a settlement with West Publishing and Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting over issues related to negative option plans. See http://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsrel.nsf/newsreleases/C84C04C72FEAAF4E85257C750074AC83 for the press release and a link to the agreement.
